Homemade Salsa

Last year I had lots of tomatoes and onions. I decide to make some salsa for dinner one night. It was a hit. That made me so happy especially seeing how easy it was to make. I decided to bottle some for winter use.

Tomatoes (cut up in big or little chunks)
Onions (diced)
Peppers (your favorite colors)
Jalopinos (if you like it hot)

Mix together and there you have it! There is nothing like FRESH and HOMEMADE!

Zucchini, Zucchini, Zucchini!!

I have so many zucchinis in my garden. This is my first year growing them
and I didn't realize how big the plant gets and how much just one plant produces. So I have a row with maybe 8 plants. Therefore I can't keep up with them. My kids cry when they see them on the table for dinner. I can't give them away. My neighbors are getting sick of them as well. I started shredding them and putting them in my freezer. This way I can make bread or soups with it in the winter months. Here's to them tasting as good as they do fresh from the garden!
Fried zucchini - So yummy!
Zucchini Bisque - My favorite on a fall day
